We are currently seeking a Site Manager with a passion for continuous improvement.
Your role
As Site Manager, your role will be to lead and develop the operation, which consists of approximately 80 employees. You will have overall responsibility for the site and manage the business through three department managers responsible for Customer Service, Production, and Quality & Environmental Management. Your key responsibility will be to ensure the facility consistently delivers high quality, excellent service, and meets the needs and expectations of our customers. The site serves approximately 100 customers.
We are looking for a strong and inspiring leader who enjoys working with people, thrives close to the business, and is equally comfortable operating at a strategic level. You are confident in your leadership, experienced in leading managers, and know how to build high-performing teams united by a shared purpose. Your leadership style is characterized by strong relationship-building, clear communication, and the ability to set high expectations—creating an environment where people grow, perform, and succeed.
As a person, you are a confident and grounded leader with a humble approach and a genuine interest in people. You are ambitious, accountable, and enjoy being visible and accessible in the day-to-day business. You have a keen eye for detail without losing sight of the bigger picture, and you are comfortable navigating within a large and complex organization. You also possess strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving.
We believe you have experience leading other managers and a strong background in production-oriented environments, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry, manufacturing, or other sectors with high quality standards. Experience leading multicultural teams is considered an advantage. You hold a university degree.
